Information we collect
You may explore Grover Wellness without creating an account. If you choose to start a conversation, we collect the name, contact information, message, and contact permission that you voluntarily provide. Standard technical information, such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited, may also be recorded by the web server for security, reliability, spam prevention, and basic traffic measurement.
How information is used
Form information is used to review your message, respond using the method you select, and keep private follow-up notes. Technical information is used only to operate, protect, and improve the website. Grover Wellness does not sell personal information.
Third-party services
When you choose to talk with Lucy, your chat messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Grover Wellness does not save Lucy chat transcripts. Please do not include medical, financial, contact, account, or other sensitive personal information in a Lucy conversation.
When you request a personalized presentation, the name, email address, optional phone number, and a private tracking identifier you provide are sent through Zapier to iDecide. iDecide uses that information to create your private presentation link and may report viewing activity and choices back to Grover Wellness for relevant follow-up. These services maintain their own privacy practices.

You are free to explore this website without providing personal details. If you submit a message, you may ask what information is retained or request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to any legal recordkeeping requirements.
